I seldom write reviews but spend a lot of time reading them. I took a chance on this chain because it was so cheap compared to other name brands.
I bought my first set of JT chain and sprockets 7/7/2015. After 13 months and only 4,500 miles it was stretched to the point that I couldn't move the adjusters any more. I contacted the manufacturer, they asked me to send the chain in and they said it looked like I hadn't lubed the chain enough. I don't lube the chain after every ride but I do every couple hundred miles. They replaced the chain and sprockets.
My replacement set of JT chain and sprockets have lasted about 26 months and 6,300 miles and are again to the point that I can't move the adjusters.
I hesitated to leave such a negative review because I thought maybe I was just hard on chains. After reading the other reviews I see that might not be the case and the chains just aren't a good quality product.

Only got about 8,000 miles out of this chain on a stock Honda CB750 Nighthawk. Not a big bike or big power and don't drive hardcore all the time. Expected more life than this. Kept chain properly adjusted, aligned, and clean. Maybe I just got a bad chain. Would still consider buying again but in the mean time I'm going to see if one of the anodized chains holds up better as I ride year round.

I got maybe 5,000 miles out of this chain on a FZ-09, and that's pushing it. It stretched like crazy from day 1, and I've had to adjust it weekly since installing it. This is 5k easy commuting miles too, and for comparison my stock chain got 20k before needing replacement. Even at this price, it's still not worth it over chains twice as much.

A very decent chain for under $25, especially when comparing it with the tinsel strength of others in this price range.

Very close to OEM on my 2003 Triumph Speed Four.
